We describe what moved for the client — not what we did. Client names stay anonymised until the client approves being named.

How to read our cases

Every case follows the same structure: the situation, the tension in the room, what was at stake, what we did, and what changed afterwards. We don't write about what was fun — we write about what got decided.

On anonymity and quotes

Client names and logos appear only when the client has approved it in writing. Until then we describe the industry and the group size. Quotes are participants' own words, used with their permission.
