Team development where the unsaid gets said

A day where the team builds its own collaboration: what works, what grates, and which agreements apply from tomorrow. No role play, no trust falls.

  • Unspoken expectations into the open — without confrontation
  • A shared language for roles, pace and decisions
  • Concrete working agreements, not good intentions
  • Follow-up after 30 and 90 days

When the team is capable — but tired of each other

Most teams do not fail on skills. They fail on unspoken expectations: who decides what, how fast something has to be done, what counts as good enough, and what we do when we disagree.

By building models of "this is how I experience our collaboration" the differences reach the table in 20 minutes — in a form nobody can take personally, because each person speaks about their own model.

How the day runs

Identity

Each participant builds their role in the team — and what they would like to contribute but are rarely asked for.

The interplay

One shared model of the team: connections, bottlenecks and the places where energy disappears.

The agreements

Simple guiding principles: 3–5 rules the team formulates itself and commits to.

Frequently asked questions

Isn't this just team building with bricks?+

No. Classic team building creates a good day. Here you work on your actual collaboration: how work gets divided, what irritates people, what never gets said, and which agreements apply from tomorrow. Play is the method, not the purpose.

What if there are real conflicts in the team?+

The method is strong precisely there, because people speak to the model rather than to the person. With deep interpersonal conflict we clarify it in preparation and design the day accordingly — sometimes with individual conversations first.

How many should we be?+

A team of 4–12 is ideal for half a day or a full day. Several teams can run in parallel at their own tables with a shared harvest.

Does the effect last?+

Only with agreements and follow-up. That is why the day always ends with concrete working agreements, and we follow up with short pulse checks after 30 and 90 days.
