Accessibility statement
Strategy in Play works to make the website and platform accessible to everyone, in line with WCAG 2.2 level AA, EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act (EAA).
Status
The site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. We have added a skip link, clear keyboard navigation, text alternatives and support for the 'reduced motion' setting. We keep improving the rest.
How we tested
Public pages, the facilitator area, Control Room and the big screen have been tested automatically against WCAG 2.2 AA (axe-core) and checked with a keyboard. Testing with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack) and on physical phones has not yet been carried out.
Known limitations
Live video and workshop recordings have no captions; the content is participants' own presentations, and an AI transcript can be provided after the workshop on request. Timers and polls are run by the facilitator in real time and can always be extended or paused by the facilitator — ask the facilitator if you need more time. Languages other than Danish and English are machine-translated and have not been reviewed by native speakers. Camera and big-screen features can be hard to use with a screen reader.

Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Danish Agency for Digital Government, which supervises web accessibility in Denmark.
